Account Security Alerts

Every login from a new device triggers an email and in-app notification to your registered address. If you did not initiate the login, you can lock your account immediately from the alert link without needing to contact support first.

Data Retention Schedule

We hold your account data for as long as your account is active and for a defined period afterward as required by applicable Indian financial regulations. Once the retention window closes, data is permanently deleted from our servers and backups.

Third-Party Sharing Limits

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth at registration. If you add a payment method, we also store your UPI handle, Paytm number or PhonePe-linked mobile as a masked reference to process deposits and withdrawals.
